Grapes turning yellow

I planted a few grape stocks recently. However, the leaves have begun turning yellow as shown in the picture.

What could be the issue?

There could be a few different answers. What is the Ph of your soil and what color are the grapes in question?

Also, would help to know the growing location and if they were bare root stock or potted plants. That soil looks mighty dry.
