Golden Pornos help

Hi all, ok so I'm a total amature here. I bought this Golden Pothos about a month or so and I'm worried that I'm already killing it! I water it once a week with about 1-1.5 cups of water. I'm assuming that may be too much?? Some of the leaves are turning yellow and shrivelling. So before I do anymore harm can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong, how to fix it and how to keep my plant alive! Thanks in advance

Ok, I used to think that devil's ivy cannot be harmed with over watering.
I have one in pot receive partial sun and another in fish bowl along spiral wire trellis receive room light, they seems doing well. Its considered poisonous plant.

Is that coco fiber hanging basket?

You may remove or move those drapes during day time to allow more light.

How is the air vent?
