Golden Pathos

Hello,
I have Golden Pathos and it's been growind at my home for about 2 years and it is about 10m long atm.
Few months ago it leafes started to turn yellow, i replanted it in bigger pot, but it didnt help.
What should i do, how to cure my plant?
Should i add some more minerals or what?

Pothos.

Most likely too much water, or poor drainage in the pot. Yellow pothos leaves are a classic sign of overwatering and constantly damp conditions. The soil should be allowed to dry in between watering.
