Ginger & Tumeric update

Well, it looks like I may get only one ginger plant......and it's growing pretty fast. Still holding out hope for more to appear. The tumeric, on the other hand, has sent up 3 shoots, already. Both are a patience tester......as both were planted in February.

I have some ginger growing but they haven't been doing very well. I'd would to grow turmeric as well. Well done!

Last year the Ginger did great, so I cut a bit to put in the freezer. The plant went into hibernation for the winter, but, lo and behold, it has come to life again ! Yay !!!
