Pick them up and put them in a container. I don't know of any way to get rid of them other than to collect them and squish them. I have little tan ones and little white ones in pointed cone shaped shells. I pour them out on the concrete and squash them with my foot.
If you don't have to worry about wandering dogs and cats you can use something with metaldehyde as an active ingredient. Iron phosphate based pellets do an OK job if you must go organic.
