I received the above as a gift during the summer. I followed the advice gleaned from various websites concerning indoor care.It did not produce too many flowers but I was not overly concerned.
Recently however the leaves have dried to an almost crisp like consistency and t all intents and purposes the plant appears to be bereft. Water, light and heat conditions have not changed.
I would be most grateful for a diagnosis and prognosis if possible.
Thanks

Do you mean Gardenia jasminoide? Try to replicate the condition - temperature, humidity, soil type, light level - where the plant originates from. You can't go wrong.
