My arborvitaes are dying and I am not sure what to do. I have a row of about 20 6 foot elegantissima arborvitaes. Some are turning brown and around the base of the tree there is a white substance that looks like cob webs. I am assuming it is a type of fungus.

What should I do?

Welcome to the forum :)

Looks like it could be root rot, which can be caused by fungus. These types of fungus thrive in wet conditions - is there anything that could be done to improve the drainage there?
