The lichen (fungi) are harmless. The bugs look like termites and only eat dead wood so they will not hurt your tree either. It will take years for the tree to grow enough to cover over the damaged parts, probably longer than the tree will live naturally. Hollow parts in trees is normal and does not greatly affect the strength of the hollow trunk/limb. Arborists say a hollow tree is 80% as strong as a solid tree. Most heritage trees are hollow.
I don't think that termites are a problem in Estonia, however there has been a general problem there with wood boring beetles which has resulted in the loss of forestry there. I will find a link.....
