Forgot to Cut the Root Ball

Good Evening. So I purchased 2 picea Spruce Globosas and 2 picea spruce birdsnests. There were in a large 5 gallon buckets. I never loosened the root ball. Should I dig up and re do pr leave alone. I did this today and watered..any answers would be great.

If you noticed very tight roots, then yes go ahead and remove it. If they weren't super-tight it's okay to leave it alone.
