Peppers ultra pot to pan pizza recipe.

This is simple to make on a day you don't feel like making a big meal. Because you cover up the meat it's basically vegetarian 😂

Start with some greens from the garden. I am using baby spinach, chives, and some strange looking leaves I found growing at the side of my garden.. and mozzarella to shred:

Then take out the frozen pizza:

Then add the shredded cheese and garden greens, and other herbs and spices you like and drizzle with some homemade herbal oil:

Then bake at 450 until perfection has been achieved:

Enjoy! And don't make any plans to go out for the evening lol 😂
Where is this garden.

Do them Big Leaves work?

I always roast my spaghetti squash cut side down in some olive oil beyond tender so I can achieve caramelization on that area which brings out more sweetness and flavor. its about 15 mins more usually in the oven.

Made a different type of Mac and Cheese last night. Was good. Took two onions, cut/diced and caramelized them, when that was done, I used my immerser and some milk, in a bowl purred it all. boiled up just one cup of elbow, to half done. shredded about one cup of cheese. put it all together. the medium thick onion milk mixture then served as the extra flour one uses, so no flour needed. Baked for one hour. Really good. of course salt and pepper, and I did put a bit of nutmeg in it.

Tried making chubrecki last night, flavor turned out good but used the wrong dough. Puff pastry and should have been pie crust.

Also homemade German potato salad and cucumber dill salad with sour cream.

I need to figure out a sauce for the over doughy chubrecki, maybe pork gravy?
