Sounds a bit like our "Buc-ees" which started here and is now spreading northward and really all over. The one in the photo is in Ohio.

They made their rep on clean available rest rooms.

I understand there are companies out there that only clean bathrooms in places like that. their staff go around a certain mileage radius and clean bathrooms.

We fix our garden cabbage a number of different ways, but my favorite is just stir-fried...usually with some bacon bits. Add in a garden red potato and some protein and it makes a fine lunch.

What is everyone making for Christmas dinner. I decided on Oscco Busco (spelling) Have to go to the Italian market for some veal shanks. And have it with Risotto.
For me it depends who all is coming this year for Christmas dinner. I would like a tenderloin roast, but most of my friends/family prefer the traditional turnkey dinner. Either way I'll be making all the usual sides like roots and veggies, gravy and stuffing. Maybe some homemade nog

My wife's mom always gets a rib roast that just needs heating to finish cooking and two types of shrimp.
The sides vary and not sure yet on that.
Not sure who else is coming.

It raises a picture in my head of a farm shop run by guys in dark glasses, turned up collars and homberg hats smoking cigars :)

Plan on making split pea soup with it. My husband says the best ham he has ever had, and that I have to go back to get more from them. It is good, tender, and flavorful.
