White Licorice Floribunda Rose is lemon-chiffon to ivory white.

Good to know about the root rot, I've seen them in a few stores but haven't jumped for them, and now maybe I'll wait until I have more experience under my belt anyway! My favorite is Angel Face which is a lavender purple floribunda, but I am also interested in koko loco. They seem really susceptible to an unknown root rot here. Both in pot & in ground. Like the local nurseries are selling sick plants that look perfectly healthy in bloom & in a week or so in they die. It is not something from my property or that I'm doing, unless they like less water than my other roses. I have lost 2 & my normal treatments have not saved them. Any root flushing, treatment, or amendment suggestions? I treated them exactly like my other roses which thrive and they croak.
