Hi,
I'm a new Gardner taking over the forum today with multiple questions.
Should roses be pruned or cut off after its flowered and if so, would I cut it just above the two next leaves?
Thanks in advance

It is best to remove the spent blooms. Many roses will start to form "hips" which are seed pods, and that diverts energy from more blossoms to making seeds.
The best way to prune/dead head a Floribunda is to remove the spent blossom down to the first 5 or 7 leaf stem that points outward from the center of the bush. You will probably see a tiny red bump where the 5 or 7 stem meets the main stem. That will be a new stem that will bear flowers. The importance of choosing an outward pointing stem is that the center of the bush doesn't become congested with foliage which limits air circulation.
That looks like a very healthy, happy rose bush!
