This time of year I go around my fence, walks, driveways, paths, patios
And look for spring weeds, or grasses I don't want
You can spray it in your grass if it hasent started to green up yet to kill any thing green you don't want

I got this 2 1/2 gal jug for 42$ at a local farm store
I mix 3oz per gal

Just because I like a clean !!! Yard

Have you thought about using organic methods? This way you wouldn't be poisoning the ground, and if you ever decided to grow vegetables there, you'll know you can safely eat them :)

That's a Good question !
But no

I sprayed 3 two gal tanks around the yard , filled up a mayonnaise jar for all summer use , and sent the rest of the jug with my son to spray the farm yard.

It's a lot cheaper buying it in the 2 1/2 gal jug , than off the shelf

Does that keep it bay all season for you? I ended up buying loads of bark mulch and covered every inch of problematic soil in a good couple of inches - not had a problem, other than the odd one that I pull out each time I walk past. I've only got a small area to cover though.

I do use roundup on the driveway though, as we get loads of weeds creeping up through every crack! Like you mentioned, roundup seems to do little to the moss so I just pressure wash it off before giving it all a spray.
