Fig variety

Hi Folks,

I'm looking to plant another fig tree to add to the Brown Turkey I have. I really liked Tiger Stripe Figs I came across in a market recently. I'm looking for deep complex flavor. I don't care much for Kadota, Mission are ok but not that great.

Any suggestions ? This would probably be the only other fig tree I would be able to plant.

Looks like people are swearing by Violet de Bordeaux which I have never tasted.
And there's the Panache which I have tasted and like but people not talking about it much.
Since the VdB is a dwarf, I think I'll find space to do both.
