My fiddle leaf has been growing new leaves but now those new leaves seem to be stunted. (I understand the red dots on new leaves may be from infrequent/under watering so I've adjusted that.) The new leaves seem to grow and then stop expanding now, and they feel dry/hardened rather than that silky smooth new leaf feel we all love.

I’m even seeing a small hole on two of the newer leafs, if that means anything.

I've lately fertilized separately with a 5-1-1 fish fertilizer and a 3-1-2 Fiddle Leaf Plant Food (pictured).

Any advice? Should I maybe trim the bottom leaves to allow that energy to go to the top of the plant?

Any tips are greatly appreciated!!

The hole is just physical damage. DON'T TRIM THE LEAVES!. They are needed to feed the plant.
How often do you use the fertilizer? How much do you use?
