Hi Guys,
I have a Ficus Ginseng that has been with me since 2014. It's had quite the ride but managed to survive and only in the last year and a half started to flourish again.
However, I repotted the Ficus into a pot (around a year ago) that was far too large and repotted again into another pot that is a lot smaller (around 3 months ago). Since the first repotting however I haven't noticed any growth on the plant itself for a very long time, the leaves are all still there they aren't falling up, but it's almost like it given up growing. I understand they become dormant in the winter, however it has had a dedicated grow light over the winter months.
I have noticed some black spots on some of the leaves, and this might be caused by the location. However, my window had a plastic screen over it, so the sunlight is not direct. Regardless, I have now moved it to a shelf out of direct sun but close enough to pick up the grow lights somewhat.
The tree has tremendous sentimental value and what to make sure there is nothing amiss here.
I have attached some pictures will hopefully help.
