Ficcus Hedge pest problem

Hello all I have a ficcus hedge but I have a problem with the leaves being eaten and spots on them obviously some kind of pest.
Can anybody help me identify the issue(s) and suggest a resolution?

Hello @Steve_Fareham , welcome to the forums .... it's great to have you here. I'm hoping that isn't a vine weevil problem. Give the plants a tug to see if the roots are intact.
