Fence post support?

I have a 6 ft 3x3 post that needs supporting.
I originally supported one previously with the concrete type support, but unfortunately I cannot do the same Thing as there is a Lilly plant close to it and I don't want to dig a hole for the concrete and destroy it.
Is there a type of long/strong metal strap available I could simply hammer down close to the post for support?

This is a repair support. If you look in Wickes, they have all different kinds of supports, spikes and bolt down ones.
