Hello everyone,
My corn supplier went under this spring. He lost his field. He will not tell me what type of corn he grows; it is some sort of family secret. Each year I have an annual corn roast and I'm VERY picky about my corn. Last year we had 115 people, some of them I didn't even know. Everyone brings a dish to pass and we provide the corn.
The corn that I get is sweet, like a candy corn, and bi-color. It tastes amazing; like I said, I've never had anything like it and I'm afraid I'll never find anything like it.
What are everyone's favorite sweet corn brands? I'm going to have to try growing my own again this year.
