Dwarf Umbrella Tree Disease

Hi everyone
I’m new to this forum. I’m hoping someone would help me getting rid of bug infestation on my Dwarf Umbrella Tree. Please see attached pictures. Thank you.

Looks like a fairly heavy infestation of soft scale. Spray with Neem Oil every 5-7 days for 3 weeks.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I’ll try to order Neem Oil online.

On watering day I would take the plant outside or to the shower and wash off as much as you can then let dry. Chuck is right on with using neem. When you order your neem make sure and get the COLD PRESS NEEM because that is the very best stuff for bugs. All the other neem is cut with impurities and is not very good.
