Sorry not sure if this is the right place to post but does anyone dry flowers from the garden. I have recently picked cardoon flowers and seeing if they will dry to keep for the future.

I've been drying mine for the first time this summer. Have you tried cutting a small bunch and tying together and hanging them upside down?
