Any idea what this plant is? I have never seen it before and I have two growing randomly in my backyard.

It looks like a Angel trumpet plant of some kind.

Looks like Jimson weed. Datura stranmoniun

It is a Datura. but i don't know the species. Handle with care, all parts of the plant are highly toxic. It is prized by some gardeners and pulled up as a weed by others.
