Oleander is poisonous. There was an American woman who killed her husband with anti-freeze and that didn't finish him off. Then she used oleander. I have 2, but yet to flower! According to the label, one red and one white.

Oleander comes in a variety of colors--when we lived in town we had red, white, and peach colored ones. Ours got rather tall, about 6', but we could cut them down to the ground and they would come back bushier than ever.
As Alp said, all parts of the oleander is poisonous, so keep pets and children away from it.

Even flower is considered poisonous , I guess.
My plant is about 1ft, it has 1 flower and 5 buds.

Will it affects if one smell the flower.
I kept in the hall at first, now I am reconsidering as my old lady is having a sore throat. It's blossom might be causing allergy.

Rajesh, the oleander has to be eaten to be poisonous, so don't ingest any of the plant.
The sore throat may be an allergic reaction to the oleander. Try moving it outside if possible, or at least to an area of the house where she doesn't go. Sometimes heavily fragrant flowers bother sensitive people, and she may be affected by the fragrance.
