Disease ficus bonsai

Hello fellow gardeners,

My ficus bonsai is suffering a bit. It looks like a disease of some sort. It lost quite some leaves. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thank you very much!

It appears to me that some of the leaves are starting to turn a purplish color and losing their green color and turning yellow. This is a sign of nutritional deficiencies namely iron, phosphorus and nitrogen. I would fertilize it with a good organic balanced fertilizer and I would also supplement this fertilizer with micro-nutrients such as Fertiloam Chelated Liquid Iron.

Yes thanks, I had to use an artificial one as where I live we don't have much light at the moment
