Welcome to December Photo of the Month! The theme this month is Your Local Scenery.

The rules are as follows:
  • Please submit your photo in this topic
  • No more than one submission per member
  • The photo must be your own
  • Entries should be made no later than 20th November
  • A poll will be released on 21st November to select the winning photo, and voting will take place until the end of the month
  • No discussion in this topic - you will have a chance to comment on the photos when the poll has been released
  • The winning photo will be announced on 1st December and the winning photo will be shown on the sidebar during the whole of December

Going out on a limb here. A fall walk along the beautiful Flint River Trail with the dogs. I could have posted pretty pictures of flowers and landscapes and what-not but this is an underpass right in Flint (aka Murderville USA; under I475 at Davison Rd) and it's real.

I saw this gorgeous tree while dropping off donations in front of a store that I often visited, though I didn't pay attention to it before, but this time it just screamed at me to take a picture.
