Dark spots on seedlings

Hi there, I am wondering anyone can help me identify what is happening to my kohlrabi seedlings. They have black spots on them. I’m wondering if it is Alternaria leaf spot?

Also wondering if anyone can tell me what bugs are on my cherry tomatoes? They are tiny, slender black bugs with clear wings. There are lots of them!

Not alternaria. Just old insect bites.

Most leaf spot diseases are a dark center with a lighter colored ring around the spot. Just plain spots with or without a hole is normally some sort of physical damage.
