Help! My husband thought he was being helpful and sprayed cutter yard spray (supposed to control pests 3+ months- we have so many wolf spiders in our lawn it’s insane!) onto my fruit and vegetable garden.
The packaging says that it takes approximately one month to break down and to not spray it directly on anything you are wanting to ingest. I am assuming that my lettuce and cilantro are toast and need to be pulled up but what about the jalapeños, tomatoes, green beans etc. that haven’t fruited yet? I am beside myself with how much work I have put into this garden and have never put any chemicals/insecticide in it.
Any advice is much appreciated! I’m getting in my head and convincing myself that the chemicals will be pulled through the soil and into the produce.
