Hi. I am right now in California with my daughter, who has been struggling to get her curry patta seedling to grow. I gave it a Hard prune, repotted it, added a nitrogen based fertiliser, magnesium sulphate, occasional doses of butter milk etc. About 5 or 6 new branches have come out, but the leaves and stalks are reddish in color. Any ideas?

It is probably a phosphorus deficiency causing the purpling of the leaves. Add bone meal or rock phosphate.
