A fan to vent, or you can use a deccessant, which causes moisture to release from the air, like what's in beef jerky.

If you use like a safe de-humidifier and force air to filter through the deccessant it'll come out the other end drier than the desert, I theorize even more so if you can add a little heat but not too much to the process.

Only drawback to that procedure is the desseccant, usually in some form of silica, has to be 'recharged' once its capacity is done. Usually a few hours in the oven at like 275°f iirc.

With the vent, you remove 'wet air' to be replaced with 'other air'. If not filtered your also introducing new contaminates to your house, which could be a problem if things aren't in good balance.

More venting is cheaper, dessicant is expensive and time consuming for maintance.

Or a second option would to be add a second layer to your outside.

Condonation is basically a bigger version of water beading up on a cold glass in the summer. The warmer air, runs over the colder glass, that air making contact carries water, it condenses and collects on the outside of the glass. By adding a second layer outside you insulate the process to where it happens significantly less.

Since the air from the green house is hitting a warmer window, the air in the middle layer stays an average between the two glasses, condenation will be reduced significantly. Add a layer of gas like argon in that pocket and you increase its insulating capabilities! (Waaaay more expensive than to add venting)
