Stick the cutting in moist soil or just water. Just about the easiest non-succulent to grow from cuttings. If your greenhouse is moist and humid enough, you can just throw it on the floor and have a new plant in a week or so.

I'm wanting to know if where I cut the older plant off if it will resprout so I can get cuttings?

I have 3 different kinds in one pot I'm hoping to get a good mix later.

Yes, cut just above a pair of leaves, about 1/4" above and new stems with leaves will grow out from the dormant buds, but the plant won't look as pretty as it did before because the older they get the more woody the stems get. Plus it's an annual and you could collect the seed and grow more for next spring.
