The neem oil wasn’t cutting it, so I went full scorched earth last night with a ‘light’ dusting of some DE. Not a single living aphid today!

I always just Blast them with my spray nozzle of water, every other day until they're gone. You don't have to soak the ground, just spray the plant from the sides and get on top and bottom of the leaves. They hate water and they can't survive under those conditions and will go somewhere else. To be honest, I don't use anything outdoors except water blasts, and only use neem indoors with my house plants and its been years since I used any indoors too. Bug's mostly infect plants that have compromised health and are in distress due to the environment. Too much DE on the leaves with block UV rays and minimize photosynthesis. Good luck
