Chinese money plant leaves have black spots

Help!! I have had a small Chinese money plant since January and it has done really well. In the last couple of weeks, however, the old leaves have developed black spots and fallen off. I know that the old leaves are supposed to fall off eventually but these last few leaves have fallen off very fast. Please help! I love this plant!

You don't have drainage holes in the container, plus when the light shines on the plant it hits the roots too.
