So I planted some chillies this year, they look ok but I've noticed 1 or 2 leaves are half light green half dark green. Can anyone tell me if this is a problem and if it is, what needs to be done?

It is not a problem now but it might be later on. It is probably a slight lack of some micro-nutrient which may or may not resolve itself. Just keep an eye on it and if you start seeing pronounced lightening of the leaves or veins starting to show you should probably add something like Liquid Iron or Iron Chelate.
There potted in a mix of coco and compost I've seen this before aswell but it went away n came back. Maybee they just need some feed
