Can we fix stretched saplings?

How can i recover stretched legs of capsicum saplings, due to which my saplings lie down on ground.

The main reason your pepper plants are leggy is because they are not getting enough light. The second and lessor reason is because the soil is staying too warm. If you act very quickly you can probably save your plants by repotting them up to the bottom leaves in a deeper container.
