I am already tryng to figure out ways to squash more plants into my limited space and am thinking about what plants can use vertical space.

Is this possible with squash?

Sure, they can be trellised if they are a vineing type and not a bush type. I trellis tatume squash and if I let them grow into winter squash they will be about 8 lbs.

I've never heard of peppercorn squash. Now I'm curious :)

Chuck, when you want winter tatumes, do you leave them in the plant all season long, or do you pick some first and then let the last ones grow into winter squash?

Leave some of them on all summer or plant 2 plants and leave one of them alone
