Can I propagate these grape vines?

My neighbor has grapes on their side of the fence and the vines come over into our blackberries. Is it possible for us to have our own grapes with these? I don’t know if it would count as a “hardwood cutting”

Yes, grapes are relatively easy to propagate. That vine you have in your hand could be a softwood cutting. Cut 4–6 inches of the new growth. Strip the bottom leaves. Dip the base in rooting hormone (optional but helpful). Place in a pot with moist potting mix. Keep in bright shade and high humidity (a clear bag over the pot works).

A super easy way that takes longer would be to just throw some dirt to cover one vine on the soil. It will take root but slowly.

I used to use it, then discovered it is a; nasty stuff if you inhale small amounts, b; deteriorates quite rapidly due to evaporation. The combination put me off somewhat.
I find that almost a good is a bit of sharp sand in the potting mix. I buy a bag at the builder's merchants and fill it with water, then punch holes in the bottom to drain it, incase it has been dredged from somewhere with brine in the water, it is good for all sorts of stuff, my carrot growing mix, under my lavender, anything that wants a bit of drainage.
