Question---do you see anywhere in your research that this plant is related to the Ornithogallum species. On a facebook garden group have a heated discussion with someone that it is. the information that I have shows not related at all. thanks. @LouisFerdinand
Esther, I did not find Camassia listed in the Orinthogallum species.
Camassia quamash originated in approximately 1837.
