Hello all,

I tried my hand at broccoli and brussel sprouts this year and had an invasion of these tiny white bugs. Anyone know what they are? They mostly damage the leaves not the crowns but still not great. Any helpful hints on how to get rid of them?

To kill them directly use a spinosad based product. They like to lay their eggs on the underside of leaves so use Neem Oil spray for that. They are whitefly insects and can cause serious problem if not addressed.

Thank you! That is exactly what I wanted to know and will start getting rid of them asap. I've been gardening for 10 years and never had these little guys show up, so I was a bit baffled.
