Black spots on the leaves of a newly-planted pear tree

Hello everybody. I planted this Asian pear tree 15 days ago while it had already broken dormancy and I could see the tips of the leaves on its swollen buds at the time of planting. Now that the tree is leafing out there are some black spots on the leaves, especially around their edges. So does anybody know what’s wrong with the tree? Note that this particular variety of pear is native to my hometown and is extremely susceptible to fire blight. Should I worry about fire bight or is it just a fungal problem?
