I've recently had some worries with my maidenhair fern as she has begun developing black spots on the back of her leaves over the past few months. I've tried looking around online but there aren't many answers or articles on the situation and I'm starting to get worried.
Along with this, a few of her new shoots haven't been growing as quickly as normal. It will often take around 2-3 weeks for a shoot to grow from new to looking like the rest of the plant. However, its been close to a month since any larger stems have formed, and the new growths have almost paused in size.
I water her once a week, but I did once get out of hand with the watering and think I was doing it too often. She sits in a box of indirect sunlight but leaves tend to angle themselves to the right due to the window placement.
Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.
