Please see pictures. Plant is growing well otherwise and flowering profusely but discovered eith black stains ... I thought it was bird poop as it's literally everywhere. Please help identify what this is? I searched closely for any bugs or webs under leaves, on nodes, in soil but found nothing.

The yellowing and black blotching and spotting on your desert rose (Adenium obesum) leaves is likely caused by the fungal disease, anthracnose leaf spot (Colletotrichum spp.). ... In very severe cases, this disease can cause plants to die. Watch out for over watering because that will make it worse. These lesions are typically bordered by leaf veins and angular in shape. Lesions quickly turn black (a diagnostic characteristic of this disease).

I don't think those black spots are a disease or infestation on the Adenium.
They look like either exudate from another plant with or possibly dropping from some type of flying insect.
