I was wondering whether anyone knows what might be causing these black leaves on some shrubs in my garden and how to treat them please. It affects mainly the new shoots. I have had the shrubs several years and have always had this problem. The shrubs haven't grown much at all since I got them. I am thinking it might be sooty mould but I am not sure.
