Birds nest fern please help

I’ve had this birds nest fern for about five months now and it has been doing really well. Unfortunately I forgot that in the humidity in my room gets really low in winter. It stopped growing for about two weeks before I realised what was wrong . I altered how often I mist it and it has mostly recovered but a strange green lump has formed in the “nest”. Does anyone know what this is??

Oh that’s great, I was a little worried as it doesn’t really look like other new leaves I’ve seen, but if it’s just a leaf then it’s all good. Thank you
