These came from my son's Sunday school class as part of their lesson on God's creation. The seeds looked like sunflower to me, but one was black and one the traditional brown. There were others but these are the only two that sprouted. I'm starting to give them some outside time in hopes of putting them in a large pot soon. Can someone confirm this as sunflower? Or is it something else? The teacher didn't know, just said it was a bag of bird feed.

The two are different seeds. The smaller ove in the background is struggling a bit so we will see, but I have to imagine they are different.

Now that it has grown a bit, is black oil sunflower still the best guess? The other one got eaten by something.

Thanks, couldn't find any good pics of a young plant on Google. Hopefully I've got enough season left to get a flower.
