Big garlic sprouts

i planted garlic here on long island n.y. last november and they have sprouts alomost 2 ft high. should i cut them back or just wait to harvest i

They look very good. Look at the size of the bulb by using your fingers to move soil at the bottom of the shoots. They have a long way to go. The shoots will die off and start to brown before harvest time - possibly June - August.
