I added a slow-release fertilizer to my containers before I planted the cherry tomatoes. I feed the tomatoes weekly and they're growing very well. The cherry tomato plants are producing a lot of fruit and I can't pick them fast enough. What are other members using?

Wood ash, compost tea, Epsom salts & home-made seaweed extract.

I have a large crop of flavoursome tomatoes, with many more on the way.

If you have an over abundance of cherry tomatoes, can them. If you don't like canning, I made homemade spaghetti sauce and froze them in quart size freezer baggies. I pulled one out anytime I needed it for spaghetti, homemade pizzas, chili, or soups. I love doing this. It is a great way to get homemade, home-grown sauces all year long!
