Belmac and Liberty has these brown dots

The dots are not orangish or yellow. Just brown so it dosent look like cedar apple rust and Belmac and Liberty suppose too have a high to complete resistance to it. Why is it doing this? Been raining a lot here and we have clay soil I am trying to mend.

That looks like cedar apple rust to me. I spray mine with Immunox but mine is not immune to it like yours is supposed to be.

I found some info that says Liberty is very resistant to cedar apple rust but they are suseptable to cedar quince rust. Not sure about the Belmac but I'd assume the same.
