Basil leaves

Hi guys, I'm new to herb gardening and I'm worried about what's happening with my basil. The leaves are curling and has brown patches. I'm from the Philippines so the season here is currently summer.

Hi!
One of two things. Maybe too much water (looks like the pot is in a bowl, so it can't drain properly.)
Or, fusarium wilt, it's a fungus and I'm not sure there is a cure.

Is it inside or outside?

It's kind of indoor, and it doesn't receive full sun until mid-afternoon, around 2pm.

Basil likes a lot of sunlight, at least six hours a day. That poor thing is starved for light.
