Hi. I'm not sure I'm posting this thread in the correct area in this board... Feel free to redirect me.. But I had a couple questions about gardening commercially.
I live in a shared house, and my housemates share the same love for gardening that I do. We've been throwing around the idea of starting a backyard plant nursery to make a little extra money, and I was wondering if there were any tutorials/books/faq/etc. that could be recommended that would help us get this idea off the ground. To this end, we don't want to inadvertently break any laws surrounding plant patents, so I was wondering if anyone knows where to go in order to determine whether a plant is patented or not. Any useful information would be appreciated.
